Shipping
How long will the delivery take?
We strive to deliver all our orders / merchandise within the quickest time possible. Depending upon your address, the delivery time could vary between 3 - 9 operating days.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order as soon as it is shipped out. To know the status of your item real time, just tap on the tracking link in the email sent to you. Or, you can also login to Frugalonline.in and visit the ‘My Account' section to know your order status.
How much will the shipping cost me?
All orders worth Rs. 3000 or more, will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below Rs. 3000, a nominal fee of Rs. 80 would be applied.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
That's the big dream and we're positive we will achieve it soon! We attempt to deliver to all pin codes of India. At the time of shopping, check if our Logistics Partner covers your pin code. If not, we would request you to give an alternate shipping address.
The package I received was damaged?
We request you not to accept a package if it is tampered or damaged. In case you already have and that has an issue, Please reach out to us for help.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment, as the system would have already passed the order to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can always cancel the order before it has been shipped and can place a new order. Don't worry; there are no cancellation charges.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
You will be able to cancel the order as long as we haven't packed it for you. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
What are the steps to be followed to cancel my order?
Please log in to your Frugal account.
Go to the MY Orders section and click on the order.
Then select the cancel order
How long will refund take post cancellation?
We initiate the refund immediately after cancellations. The refund amount will be sent to you as a refund voucher, which you can use to place another order at any time.

What are the various modes of payment at Frugal?
You can pay using following methods of Payment: 1. Credit Card 2. Debit Card 3. Net Banking 4. E-Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik, Freecharge and more)
I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?
GST is a tax applicable on the supply of goods and / or services with effect from July 1st, 2017. GST is levied on the transaction value of goods and / or services supplied. GST is required to be borne / paid by the ultimate consumer of the goods and / or services. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.
What if the amount got debited from my side but I did not receive an Order ID?
We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed once our bank receives the payment from your bank. If due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your card but wouldn't have been received by us yet. Please send us an email at ecom@purplecreations.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Can I pay using International Currency?
Unfortunately, at this time we accept only INR at FRUGAL.
Returns
How do I return my product?
That's easy! Login with your credentials and visit the My Account section. Select the order you want to return and click on “Return/Exchange” to follow the instructions on this page to obtain a Return ID.
What is your returns policy?
At Frugal, we have a very flexible returns policy, which is absolutely customer friendly. Kindly refer the returns policy page for further questions.
When is the refund for my return provided?
As soon as the Return Id is generated and the returned product has been received, we will conduct a quality check of the product. If the product fits the refund criteria, you will be notified of the refund being sent as a refund voucher, which you can use to place another order at any time.
I haven't received my refund amount yet?
Once the returned product has been received, we will conduct a quality check of the product. If the product fits the refund criteria, you will be notified of the refund being credited to your account. Once initiated, it will be sent to you as refund voucher through email or sms.
Can I return the product to the delivery person if I did not like it?
Please don't do that. We have a flexible policy where you can create a Return on the website or by giving us a call. To avoid any confusion, our courier partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.
Does the returns policy change for any FRUGAL promotions?
Sometimes, the returns policy may vary. To get the exact information, please always refer to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion running at the time. That being said, we always work towards keeping our policies as flexible and customer friendly as possible.
Loyalty Program
- What is the Loyalty Points Program?
The Loyalty Points Program is a special Rewards point system on frugalonline.in On purchasing from this site, you will earn Loyalty Points, which can be redeemed against your future orders. All you have to do is create an account on frugalonline.in and shop for your favourite products and start earning Loyalty Points.
2. How do I earn Loyalty points?
Go to frugalonline.in and search for your favourite products. On purchasing the product, the loyalty points for the product will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours of being successfully delivered to you.
3. How is my Loyalty Points calculated?
Your earned Loyalty Points varies basis the products bought by you on frugalonline.in. The Loyalty Points against the product, if available for that product, is aimed at maximizing the value provided to you. If you have availed any offer which provides product(s) for free in your order, you will not earn Loyalty Points for that product. If you decide to earn PAYBACK points for your order, you will not earn any Loyalty Points for that order.
4. How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?
You can redeem your Loyalty Points against your entire amount, up to the amount of Loyalty Cash you have, once you have earned Loyalty Points through your purchases. You can redeem your Loyalty Points on frugalonline.in. Eg: If you have earned 75 as Loyalty Points, you can use the entire Rs. 75 to order any product from frugalonline.in. You can redeem your loyalty Points even in orders in which you have availed of any other offer. The option to redeem your Loyalty Points would be available to you when you are going to pay for your purchases as shown:
- How do I track the Loyalty Points I have earned?
You can track your earned Loyalty Points by logging in and going to the My Account section on frugalonline.in. You can track the Loyalty Points earned against each order that you have placed on either of the sites in the "Cash in My Account" section.
- What happens if I return / cancel my order?
Earning Loyalty Points -If you return/cancel your complete order, you will not be credited any Loyalty Points against that order. In case any part of your order is replaced, you will receive the Loyalty Points earned basis the new product delivered to you and if you return any part of your order, the Loyalty Points against that product(s) will not be added to your account.
Redeeming your Loyalty Points - If you return/cancel a product for which you have paid with Loyalty Points, you will receive a gift certificate from us for the same amount as the value of Loyalty Points redeemed. If the entire order is returned/cancelled, the loyalty Points will be added back to your account.
7. Will my Loyalty Points expire if I don't use it?
Loyalty Points have a validity of 1 year from the date of issuance.

I am unable to login
You can either reset the password or login with OTP. If you are using the registered email address, try to reset the password. Click on Forgot your Password option, enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and mail. Enter the OTP to create a new password. The password has been reset.
Is my personal information secure? How can I edit my personal info?
It is completely secure. we make sure that the info you have entered is strictly confidential. It will simply facilitate us to understand you better so that we can give you better services in the future. To edit your personal information, visit "My Account" to make the changes you want.
What is Wish list? How can I use it?
While you go through our trendy range of products, you can shortlist the ones you love the most by clicking on “wishlist”. These products in the wishlist can be viewed by clicking on the wish list icon on the right top portion of the screen whenever you wish to buy the product(s).
How do I apply a coupon
You can apply a coupon on shopping bag page after adding items to your bag. Enter the Coupon Code in the section provided and the discount will be applied to the cart.
